Set Menu - a simple way to reduce waste and cost, through sharing meals and culture. All in one.
This was a project I did back in 2019. Set Menu was at that point an early stage start-up, which meant few employees wearing many different hats.
Set Menu is a start up that aims to fill a need in the food industry. It´s a new perspective and take on meal-sharing.
We did a lot of research into what people actually needed and how we could mold our concept the best way possible. I had a lot of responsability within user research, concept developing and prototyping. I also worked a lot on the actual design of the service, down to the mechanics of how the service would work, as well as the visual parts.
If you like to cook and like having people over for dinner, you can easily post your meal, and specify what time and how many guests you want, in the app. You approve the guests you prefer.
On the other side, if you´re not feeling like cooking today and don´t want to spend the extra money in a restaurant, this is a great alternative.
